The Cetacean Research & Rescue Unit (CRRU) is dedicated to the understanding, welfare, conservation and protection of cetaceans (whales, dolphins and porpoises) in Scottish waters and the marine environment in which they live through scientific research, environmental education and the provision of a 24hr professional rescue service for sick, injured and stranded marine mammals.
